Prof Akande condoles with family, APC on Oguntona's death

Former Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission(NCC) and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Prof Adeolu Akande, has consoled the family of the late Hon.  Sola Oguntona,a chieftain of the party in Itesiwaju Local Government,who passed on today.

In a statement issued in Abuja, Professor Akande also consoled the Chairman of APC in Itesiwaju Local Government, Hon. Segun Oyewole and  other members of the party in the local government..

Professor Akande stated that Hon. Oguntona died at a time the  party needed his illustrous contributions to the party.He prayed for the repose of his soul as well as for the divine  protection and well-being of the family he left behind.

Prof Akande Congratulates Folarin, Ibikunle on Appointments

 Former Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Professor Adeolu Akande, has congratulated Senator Teslim Folarin on his elevation to the position of Aare Alasa of Ibadanland and Alhaji Fatai Ibikunle on his appointment as Executive Director (Commercial and Environmental Development) in the South West Development Commission. In a statement released by his media office, Professor Akande noted that the elevation of Senator Folarin to the position of Aare Alasa of Ibadanland is a call to further service for the development of Ibadanland.
