Agbaje Felicitates Distinguished Senator Yunus Akintunde on his Birthday




Chieftain of the All Progressives’ Congress in Oyo State, Barrister Akeem Agbaje has felicitated the Senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial district, Distinguished Senator Yunus Akintunde on his birthday. In the statement by his media office, Barr Agbaje hailed his contributions to the progressive fold and his notable contributions to national discourse on the floor of the Red  Chamber. 


“Today, I heartily felicitate Distinguished Senator Yunus Akintunde on his birthday. Our amiable Oyo Central Senator  is one who has contributed immensely to progressive politics in Oyo State. His love for developmental politics is evident in his notable contributions to national discourse on the floor of the Senate, the bills he has sponsored and the projects he has attracted to Oyo central. Senator Yunus’ zest for the growth and development of Oyo central and Oyo State at large speaks volumes. 


It is my prayer that Almighty Allah grant him more years in good health even as he continues to contribute to national development.”

*TESLIM FOLARIN IS A WRONG AND A BAD CHOICE TO LEAD OUR RECONCILIATION COMMITTEE IN OYO STATE APC

When the cause of a problem and division in the party claims to have been saddled with the responsibility of reconciliation in out party, it leads to predictable failed attempt and would only compound the crisis. It's no more news that Sen Teslim Kolawole Folarin met with the president and took pictures with him which has been flying around on Social media space.  After the said  meeting between President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Sen Teslim Folarin, he came out to claim that the president had given him the mandate to go back to Oyo state and reposition the party. He came saying this, being his usual subtle approach and "JAGBA" tactics, which we all know is a disguise, because this has become a case of "Once beaten, twice shy".  For us to avoid being railroaded once again, Sen Teslim Folarin will need to give us written proof of his assignment from the president because we know that he had already set up a committee last week Thursday that will usurp the power of the state executive committee.
